Project Officer

Kenny Chan is the Project Officer in the Public Private Dialogue Unit (PPD) whose core duties include project management administration, policy advice, risk assessment, program planning and implementation, research and analysis, provision of advice in national development issues relevant to the EDC’s objectives. He serves as a liaison for the EDC Secretariat for projects submitted by Ministries and agencies for consideration for Business Climate improvement.

Kenny Chan brings knowledge and experience in project and program management to the Project Officer post at the PPD. His extensive work in local economic development, gender development, indigenous development, climate change, migration, cultural development, and public policy, coupled with his work as a Project Officer, reassures his capabilities in managing complex projects.

Kenny's educational background is a testament to his expertise. He holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Erfurt, which provides him with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of issues at hand. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Galen University.
