Mr. Ishmael Quiroz brings over 13 years of professional experience spanning a broad range of fields and areas of expertise including: operations management, corporate governance, project design and implementation, strategy formulation and socio-economic development from international, public and private-sector perspectives.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Management from Anglia Ruskin University in Essex, England, United Kingdom and a Master of Science degree in Economics from Galen University, Belize.
Yuri Alpuche grew up in Belize City where she attended primary, secondary and junior college. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in BA (Hons) Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University International Business School in the United Kingdom and her Master’s Degree (MPM) in Project Management la Universidad para la Cooperacion International- Global School of Project Management, UCI, Costa Rica. Yuri worked in the Energy Sector for 6 years where she obtained key skills and knowledge such as research, business development, communication, conflict management and drafting of manuals and standard operating procedures. Yuri is a certified Green Project Manager (GPM-b) and is passionate about sustainable development in the public and private sector.
Alexia Peralta is a Projects Officer whose core duties include project management administration, stakeholder engagement and technical support for project implementation and policy reform geared towards improving the ease of Doing Business in Belize. Additionally, she brings a wealth of experience in the fields of sustainable development and management of Belize’s natural resources. She previously worked at the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation as a Tourism Investment Officer where she obtained valuable skills in business planning, project design, data analysis using Geographic Information System and drafting of technical and policy documents while supporting the implementation of Tourism National Investment agenda and facilitating private sector and multilateral funding dialogue.
